HOW TO USE VIBRACOOL

  • Choose Hot or Cold Pack

M-Stim® can be used on its own to help relieve discomfort. For enhanced soothing, you can add heat or cold packs to the cuff or strap to boost the vibration’s effectiveness.

  • Insert the Vibration Unit

Insert the M-Stim device into the pocket, then fasten the VibraCool® using the strap or compression cuff. Use it for about 10–20 minutes for best results.

  • Position VibraCool

Position the device directly over the area of discomfort for acute or chronic pain. It can also be placed on the skin above dressings after surgery or during physical therapy sessions.

  • Power On VibraCool®

To activate, press and hold the button on the EasyFit unit for about 2 seconds. Cuffs include openings that let you easily switch the unit on or off. The device automatically powers down after 10 minutes of use

EasyFit for Elbow & Wrist

Designed with a D-ring for effortless one-handed use—ideal for wrist and elbow recovery, including tennis or golfer’s elbow. The built-in 10-minute timer supports targeted cryotherapy sessions and fits most users for relief from ankle pain, shin splints, dorsal foot pain, and tibial tuberosity discomfort

Extended for Knee & Ankle

The 28-inch cuff is designed to comfortably wrap around larger areas like the knee or ankle, featuring four ice chambers for effective cooling. It can also be used for facial relief after oral surgery, TMJ discomfort, wisdom tooth pain, or placed at the back of the head to ease muscle tension.

Flex for Neck, Hip, Back & Shoulder

The XL vibration pocket connects easily to the EasyFit or Extended cuff for dual stimulation. Secure it with a 2-inch firm belt or the included 48-inch silicone band. Comes with one reusable ice pack and one heat pack to help reduce inflammation and relieve muscle spasms.

Plantar for Fasciitis, Gout & Heel Relief

The plantar strap is designed to thread through the ice pack, pass through the center of the unit, and loop back through the rectangular large ice packs—positioning the Ice/M-Stim precisely at the arch of the foot for targeted relief.
