Shipping & Delivery

Our standard freight charges are:

• Anywhere in Australia & New Zealand flat rate of $14.99 for up to 5 Buzzies. We use door-to-door delivery through TOLL Couriers.
• For orders over 5 Buzzies please email john@moosebaby.co.nz

 

How long does shipping take?

The usual delivery times are as follows:

• Australia 3-10 working days
• New Zealand: 2-3 working days.
• Christchurch (NZ) and surrounding areas: 1-2 days.
• Rural delivery addresses (NZ): can take up to 10 working days.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Do you allow pickups?

What happens if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days please track your parcel using the link sent to you by email (please check your Junk/Clutter folders).  Alternatively you can contact us at jane@moosebaby.co.nz or phone us on +642119055564 and we’ll help you track your parcel.
